Nino Pennino is registered in the register of areas of law of the Dutch Bar Association with the area of personal injury law. By virtue of this registration, he is obliged to obtain a minimum of 10 training points in this registered area of law every calendar year according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.

Nino is the namesake of our firm. After studying law at Maastricht University, he was sworn in in 1991. He now has 35 years of experience in the legal profession. He has always done personal injury cases, but the firm saw in him a specialist in employment law. In that area of law, he gained a lot of litigation experience and assisted employees and employers in reorganisations. Nevertheless, he chose to specialise in personal injury. The fact that it focuses on people versus a large insurer appealed to him the most, and still does. Nino is a creative negotiator and an experienced litigator. His approach is characterised by a broad outlook, a legally strong argument and a feeling for strategic choices. Quality and professionalism are his guiding principles. Nino has completed two postgraduate specialisation courses at the Grotius Academy: Personal injury and Business and Liability. In criminal cases, he represents the interests of victims and surviving relatives. He has extensive experience in personal injury cases for police officers. Nino has taught at Zuyd High School and is the author of the booklet “personal injury for dummies”, which introduces readers to the world of personal injury practice.
