Meyke Spauwen is registered in the register of areas of law of the Netherlands Bar Association with the area of personal injury law. By virtue of this registration, she is obliged to obtain a minimum of 10 training points in this registered area of law every calendar year, according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.

Meyke was born and raised in Eijsden. After completing her master's degree in tax law, specialising in tax law at Maastricht University, she opted for the traditional legal profession. As a trainee lawyer, she started in the bankruptcy practice, but her interest soon turned to liability and personal injury. And that has always remained the case. Meyke took the postgraduate course in personal injury at the Grotius Academy and has been a member of LSA, the specialist association for personal injury lawyers, for many years. Meanwhile, she is a highly experienced, driven and combative specialist. With flair and courage, she negotiates for her clients to achieve the maximum result. Her particular interests include traffic cases, industrial accidents and medical liability.
