Pennino Lawyers has a partnership with Rosa Odink Victim Advocacy. Rosa Odink has worked with us as a lawyer and has had her own law firm under the name ROSA since 1 April 2025.

Our cooperation consists of sharing knowledge and referring cases to each other, especially victim cases. Pennino Lawyers and ROSA c.q. Mr Rosa Odink are two completely separate firms in legal and financial terms.

The moment we forward or transfer a case to ROSA, we no longer bear responsibility for the case. Full responsibility for the case lies with ROSA c.a. mr Rosa Odink.

Pennino Advocaten is insured, under the rules of professional liability of the Netherlands Bar Association, with HDI Global Specialty SE (PO Box 925, 3000 AX in Rotterdam, policy number: PL-0PI061466490021/03). This insurance provides protection to the firm and its lawyers against claims for professional misconduct in the provision of legal services.
